Overall Score: 5
I must say I
have really had the best experience here at this dealership. Lupe went
out of her way to help me. She does more then just answer the phones.
She took care of my service appointment, got me back to work and out of
common courtesy she got my Vehicle detailed and she brought the truck to
my work. I have never seen such a friendly individual in my life. She
really went out of her way to provide me with a great experience. We
need more people like her. Thank you so much Lupe

Nissan Sentra Named "Best Compact Car" in 2013 AutoPacific Vehicle Satisfaction Awards
Redesigned Sentra recognized for class-leading fuel economy, comfort and performance
The newly redesigned 2013 Nissan Sentra was named Best-In-Class Compact Car in AutoPacific's 17th annual Vehicle Satisfaction Awards (VSA), topping a list of 15 other vehicles.
An industry benchmark for measuring how satisfied an owner is with his/her new vehicle, AutoPacific's VSA are based on the results of responses from more than 52,000 new vehicle owners. VSA vehicles are assessed on 51 separate attributes, ranging from interior comfort to fuel economy and performance to determine owner satisfaction.
Jon Brancheau, vice president, Marketing, Nissan North America said: "Always a smart, economical purchase, the 2013 Sentra pairs value and best-in-class fuel efficiency with style and comfort. It is great to see Sentra owners give the vehicle high marks in this important third-party survey, and share their satisfaction with the vehicle. The completely-redesigned Sentra earning an AutoPacific Vehicle Satisfaction Award helps solidify its place in a very competitive class."
Sentra's all-new design is elegant, modern and refined. It offers a high-quality interior design with available features not usually found in compact vehicles, including dual-zone auto temperature control, Bose® premium audio system, and a navigation system with hands-free text messaging assistant.**
Sentra includes several changes contributing to the increased fuel savings. The 2013 Sentra is 150 pounds lighter than the outgoing model, yet has slightly larger overall dimensions and more interior room. The lighter and more aerodynamic Sentra also uses a more fuel-efficient 1.8-liter engine, which along with its next-generation Xtronic CVT® with sub-planetary gear helps deliver a 13 percent improvement in EPA combined fuel economy (over the prior model year). Fuel economy is rated at 30 miles per gallon city, 39 miles per gallon highway and a class-leading 34 miles per gallon combined with the CVT*.

Your Monday Maintenance Tip: Keep the caps on
You step out into driveway ready to start your morning commute only to discover a flat tire. How in the heck did that happen overnight? If the tire valve is missing its cap, the culprit might be a leaky valve. Those little caps keep out dirt and moisture that can cause leaks, so be sure to keep caps on all your tire valves. Another tip: When you replace tires, remind the tire shop that you expect new valves with the tires.

Nissan GT-R Selected as Best of the Best Honoree in Robb Report's June Issue
The 2014 Nissan GT-R was recently named a honoree in the Robb Report's annual Best of the Best issue in its Sports Cars category. Nissan's legendary supercar is recognized for its class-above interior, amenities, performance and pricing.
The 25th annual edition of the Best of the Best is a top guide to the world's finest new automobiles, yachts, hotels, watches, wines and more. Sports cars honorees are exclusively chosen by Robb Report editors. The Best of the Best issue is now available on newsstands and to Robb Report online subscribers.
"The 2014 GT-R was created to compete with the world's best sports cars, at a price that will rival any luxury sport vehicle," said Jon Brancheau, vice president, Marketing, Nissan North America. “With enhanced high-speed handling, a zero-to-60 sprint time of just 2.7 seconds, and more refined ride comfort, we believe this year's model does just that. This recognition from Robb Report further solidifies the GT-R's position amongst the world's elite sports cars, and Nissan is honored to be named among such prestigious company."
About GT-R
Following performance enhancement last year that upped the horsepower and torque of the GT-R's advanced VR38DETT 3.8-liter twin turbo V6 to 545 hp and 463 lb-ft of torque, the development and refinement of Nissan's legendary supercar has continued for the 2014 model year.
Among the notable modifications are improved engine response in the mid-and upper-rpm ranges, increased body rigidity and specification changes to the shock absorbers, front anti-roll bar and springs that result in a lower center of gravity. The result is enhanced high-speed handling and more refined ride comfort. As in previous years, the GT-R engine is hand-assembled in a special clean room - for 2014 an aluminum nameplate is added to each engine showing the name of the individual engine builder.
Other changes include the addition of a new Premium Interior Package, which features hand-stitched Amber Red semi-aniline leather appointments (front seats only). A new red-accented steering wheel is added to Black Edition models.
The interior again features sculpted performance bucket seats for an optimal driving position and a cockpit-style instrument panel with a large center-mounted tachometer and multi-function display - which includes mechanical and driving information, as well as an on-board driving recorder. A specially designed 11-speaker Bose® sound system - which provides sound quality suitable for a supercar, is standard - along with a RearView Monitor.
The 2014 Nissan GT-R is available in three models: GT-R Premium, which comes fully equipped with a 545-horsepower engine, dual clutch rear transmission, Nissan Navigation System, custom-designed 11-speaker Bose® audio system, premium near-black finish wheels and heated front seats; the GT-R Black Edition, with special lightweight metallic black aluminum-alloy forged RAYS® wheels, unique red and black interior, Recaro® leather-appointed seats, dark headliner and dry carbon fiber rear spoiler; and the limited production 2-seat Track Model.
The Track Edition, the GT-R's most exclusive model, is designed to take Nissan's legendary 545-horsepower street supercar even closer to a pure motorsports competition machine. It features a specially tuned suspension, special brake cooling guides, front spoiler with carbon fiber air ducts and a lightweight quilted cloth mat where the rear seats usually reside. Production of the GT-R Track Edition is limited to 150 cars for the U.S. market.

Nissan Pathfinder Listed Among 10 Best Family Cars by Edmunds.com and Parents Magazine for 2013
Safety, style, affordability and technology earn Pathfinder spot on the list
The 2013 Nissan Pathfinder was named one of the 10 Best Family Cars of 2013 by Parents magazine and Edmunds, a top online resource for car shopping. The recently-redesigned Pathfinder is recognized for its balance of style, affordability, safety and technology.
Car experts from both organizations examined hundreds of vehicles before narrowing it to a list of 10 for 2013. Fuel-efficient technology, next-generation dashboards and overall safety were cited as impressive features among the vehicles making this year's exclusive list. Pathfinder is one of two vehicles named in the SUV category.
Jon Brancheau, vice president, Marketing, Nissan North America said: "This next-generation version of one of our most iconic nameplates combines the capability of an SUV with the comfort and roominess of a sedan in order to satisfy the entire family. Enhanced technology and styling upgrades make this Nissan's most innovative Pathfinder ever. The market continues to show its excitement for this vehicle with year-to-date sales up over 180 percent, and Nissan is honored for it to be included among the 10 Best Family Cars of 2013."
The 2013 Pathfinder combines comfort and utility with a more refined unibody construction providing a civilized ride yet maintaining capability, with best-in-class standard towing capacity of 5000 lbs and ALL-MODE 4x4-i 4WD system. The Pathfinder offers the right level of enjoyment and engagement to meet the real-world needs of the modern family. Thoughtful technology is found throughout the Pathfinder interior, including Advanced Drive-Assist™ Display in the center of the instrument cluster right in front of the driver and available segment-exclusive convenience technology Around View® Monitor with "bird's eye" view.
The all-new fourth-generation Pathfinder seats up to seven passengers and boasts best-in-class highway fuel economy of 26 mpg, best-in-class passenger volume, best-in-class front headroom and legroom and class-exclusive reclining third row seats*. The Nissan EZ FlexTM Seating System allows the second row to move forward or backward up to 5.5 inches for easy access to the back row. LATCH AND GLIDETM provides forward movement and access to the 3rd row with a child safety seat remaining securely in place (on the passenger curb side). When carrying seven passengers, the Pathfinder still accommodates up to 16 cubic feet of cargo.
This most recent honor adds to the rapidly expanding list of accolades for the 2013 Pathfinder, which has previously been awarded MotorWeek's "Best Large Utility," Popular Mechanics' "Most Versatile" vehicle in its 2013 Automotive Excellence Awards, one of WardsAuto World's "Ward's 10 Best Interiors" for 2013 and the top ranking in Kelley Blue Book's KBB.com 10 Best Family Cars of 2013.
"The Best Family Cars of 2013" appears in the July issue of Parents magazine, and is on newsstands June 11th.
