I took my 2013
Cube in for work on the built-in microphone. My car was assigned to
Chris Del Frate, one of the service managers at Melloy. Chris was
absolutely amazing and did everything he could to make the experience as
pain-free as possible. I live 3 hours from Albuquerque and only come
into town infrequently. Chris worked with me to schedule me in on the
one day I would be there and made sure the car was available for pick up
when I came from the airport, even though it was hours after their
offices had closed. Wow. This was truly a unique experience when it
comes to customer service of any kind. I love, love, love my Nissan
Cube, and I couldn't be more thrilled to have a dealership which employs
people like Chris to take care of their customers.
